In August 2006 PACT 4 Families Collaborative was awarded two grants from the Chemical Health division of the Minnesota Department of Human Services to establish Chemical Health Coalitions in Renville and YellowMedicineCounties.  Their mission is to assist Renville and YellowMedicineCounties in creating responsible communities concerning alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention.  Activities of the Coalitions include public awareness campaigns, training for beverage retailers, drug prevention curriculum in the schools, and more.
