Early Childhood: The Early Childhood Committee promotes prevention and early intervention projects in the four county area. They help identify service gaps and service needs in the continuum of care for children birth to 6 years of age. The committee provides consultation/ advises on projects related to early childhood and early intervention, including Universal Contact, home visiting, and the Early Childhood Screening.
