ESTABLISHMENT
Chemical Health Coalition of Yellow Medicine County was established in August of 2006 through a grant from the Chemical Health Division of the Minnesota Department of Human Services and PACT 4 Families Collaborative.
YOUTH GROUPS
The Yellow Medicine youth groups, as branches of the coalition, are formed in the different school districts around the County. To create awareness in alcohol and drug prevention for their peers, these RAPAD youth groups sponsor activities like alcohol free dances, grim reaper days, sticker shock projects, and drug and alcohol education afternoons, just to name a few.
